bodhilock

meditate to unlock your apps

lock the apps that pull you away. sit. unlock. build a daily practice.

coming soon to the app store

one email when it's ready. nothing else.

you mean to sit. to breathe. to be still for a moment.

then the phone lights up, and the moment is gone. the distance between the practice you intend and the scroll you fall into only grows.

how it works

lock. sit. unlock.

  1. 01lock

choose the apps and the times. instagram, tiktok, x, snapchat — locked on your schedule. the default rhythm is three sits a day: 6am · 12pm · 6pm.

  2. 02sit

a short, silent sit. one strike of the singing bowl to begin, one to close. no streaks to chase, no noise — just the breath and the bowl.

  3. 03unlock

when the sit is complete, your apps open — until the next scheduled lock. the practice earns the access.

one practice, many paths

the mechanic is the same for everyone: lock, sit, unlock. only the wisdom changes. choose the lineage that speaks to you, and the words that meet you in stillness adapt. the silence belongs to all of them.

built for the first practitioners

bodhilock is new. it's being shaped with the first people choosing stillness over the scroll — practitioners who'd rather meet the bowl than the feed. no crowd to point to, no numbers to impress you with. just a quiet tool, made with care, for a practice worth protecting.

begin a daily practice

choose stillness over the scroll, one sit at a time.
